My knee pain was awful; I don’t even want to remember it. I couldn’t even walk at times.
I started using a cane when we went to the store, or anywhere, we (often) had to go back home, because my knee (would start) hurting. I (just) couldn’t walk anymore from the pain. I would be limping. Also the pain kept me awake at night and I couldn’t sleep.
(Prior to receiving treatments) I had 2 shots (in my knee). I also tried medications and they helped for a while until they wore off. I also rubbed a lot of different lotions and creams on my knee.
I was told that I needed a knee replacement but I didn’t want that.
