I had knee pain that was almost unbearable.  I couldn’t stand or sleep in bed without having severe knee pain.  I had to sleep in a recliner because my knee hurt.  I tried cortisone shots and rooster comb or gel injection but I didn’t get any knee pain relief from those.  I was told that I needed a knee operation, but I had too many friends that had one done and they were still hurting so I didn’t want to do knee surgery.
